The game is a great brawler and has one of the most hilarious stories I've ever come across, yet it's so simple I want to hit myself and ask, "why hasn't anyone else thought of that?" A high dude in a medieval amusement place does battle. Who woulda thought?

I mean that. No game, in my opinion, gives you the same feeling of being the big cheese in a bigger battle than a defense game where you place weapons emplacements, pillboxes, missile carriers, etc. and they fire for you. This game gets addictive, and you can hurry up enemy waves until you have a last stand going that would make the 300 Spartans proud.

Graphics: 8- Everything is easy to recognize and stands out. You know where everything is.

Style: 10- Again, everything is well-planned out, non-confusing, and simple to pick up.

Sound: 0- Is there any? Oh well, sound or no sound, it's a fun game.

Violence: 7- Enemies just kinda disappear.

Interactivity: 10- Of course it's a 10. It's a game where you pick a battlefield, pick your weapons setups, even when your enemies strike.

Humor: 5- Light on humor, though blasting the crap out of stars with faces on them and evil printer cursors is oddly funny and strangely therapeutic to me.

Overall: 10- the best representation of a good, solid, fast-paced defense game.

It's true! Bubbles blasting away at each other and assimilating each others' parts to make one superbubble is an addictive undertaking. Personally, I find this game easy to pick up and hard to put down. Once you start sucking in bubble after bubble, you get hooked. The superbubble quest seems to never end, and who knows what kind of air-filled, bouncing, easily-popped monster that would be...?

I know this may sound snobby, and I'm not trying to talk down about all the effort you put into this, but this could've gone so much further. The penalty for messing up was a bit too strict, the game was more "don't crash" than any actual racing. It had potential, especially to someone like me who loves games like WipEout and F-Zero.

All the people programming games on NG nowadays are really stepping up their games. Seeing a way, way, waaaaaay upgraded version of this as a full-fledged, insanely fast racing game would really make my day.
